One of the biggest mistakes we did at the beginning of our career is not reviewing the proposal together with our potential client on a call.

After we had the initial business strategy call we crafted a proposal and just send it to our potential client’s email.

After we send the proposal, it took them so long to go through it, and often they didn’t understand most of it so they couldn’t see the value in it.

We analyzed our sales process a lot and so we identified that we have to change some things to make more sales.

Scheduling a second call to present the proposal and walk our clients through all the things we laid out was a real game changer!

Our close rate went to the roof!
